The initial and introductory phase is very important for us, as our goal is to reach in to the core of the customer's wants and needs. At MM Composite our strength lies in our flexibility and readiness to deliver qualified sparring, when it comes to developing new products. Therefore, the initial phase will be a place where we create peace of mind for the customer.

Specifically, we always work with both long-term and short-term planning. The long-term planning must ensure that decisions are made based on prior experience and obtained knowhow and is typically carried out in collaboration between our sales manager and production manager. Short-term planning is carried out by the department responsible fom the actual orders.
